Amigurumi Scanned books

I'm soooooo happy to get copies of these scanned books. The patterns are easy to follow. Too bad because we don't have the right equipments here in the Philippines to do such a great amigurumis. I can't find any stores that is selling cheap cotton yarns and i cant find the right size of the dolls eyes in divisoria and they don't even have stock for the nose. :(

Currently, i'm using an Acrylic yarn right now and i'm not satisfied because the dolls seems to hard! Hahaha! But since its the only yarn available, i have to use it whether i like it or not :p

Here are some sample pictures of the scanned amigurumi that i have. Click on the pictures to see the pictures from the book

When it all started?

I was pregnant for the 1st time and leave my call center career because of my difficult pregnancy last year. Since then, while at home and bed resting, I thought of doing a crochet shoes and mittens for my baby.  I bought this yarns from the Heavenly Stitching Moment store in MOA and i also bought a piece of 2 in 1 crochet hook size 5 and 6. Here are the finish products and now my baby Iana Marie (Maia  for her nick) is already 3 months and i kept some and give away the other to a friend who just give birth to a healthy boy named Wolfgang Amadeus.

After this project, I've been addicted in crocheting and below are the crocheted tops i made for my sisters last summer.

Now, for my next project...its AMIGRUMI ! I'm collecting Patterns now and surfing the net where to buy the best yarns and safety eyes and noses. For now, i'm only using a cotton for the fill and i'm not happy enough so  i need to bought these polyester fills that is used for the plushies and stuffed toys. as for the eyes (for the doggie)..i tried to use a bead since i dont have safety eyes yet and embroider the nose and the mouth. Here are they.....

This Amigurumi Doggie is my first project. I used cotton for the fill and his eyes is made of beads and i stitched his nose for the finish.

I made this colorful amigurumi bee to replica the hanging mobile for my baby. I'm thingking of looking for a cheap hanging mobile and will replace the hanging toys with these bees. The question is...where i can buy those?
